| Job Description:
|
We are now accepting applications for Instructor / Partnership for a small language school located in Hiroshima-ken, western Japan. Please note: this position is probably most suitable for an energetic native Western applicant in his or her late-20's to late-40's with intermediate Japanese ability.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least three year's experience in the EFL industry in Japan, possess a sound understanding of current EFL issues and possess general management capabilities.
The position includes a competitive starting salary at Y280,000, plus bonuses, monthly business allowance expense, company car, profit sharing, partnership/ownership, visa sponsorship, furnished apartment at Y57,000 per month, a personal office and other remunerations.
DUTIES:
After one year of thorough training, include but not exclusive to; office administration, teaching, strengthening school's performance, obtaining numerical targets for enrollment and income, managing hiring staff, submitting monthly reports, delegating responsibilities, marketing, motivating and training of staff, conducting meetings, setting organizational goals, and ensuring the provision of the highest quality products and services which are associated with the school's philosophy. |
