| Job Description:

We are affiliated with the Han Sung Digital University and Han Sung Technical College and is a private school located at Seoul (Seodaemun) near the City Hall and Sincheon (Hongdae), requires a full time teacher for elementary school children and teens classes.
You will be: bright, enthusiastic, flexible and creative; able to work in a rapidly changing environment; seeking to develop your teaching skills; dedicated to providing high quality language teaching.
1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Providing a variety of high quality English courses to children, teens and adults. As the school grows there will be opportunities to become involved in course planning and development. Everyone is friendly, caring and treating like one of the family. You will have own PC to access the Internet at anytime. The class sizes are small (no more than ten students), and last 40 minutes. All of the teaching materials are provided. There is a 30-minute prep period at the beginning of each day, and there are three 10-minute breaks throughout the day.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
BA or BS in any major;
Sealed academic transcripts;
Valid passport, four passport size of the photos;
Teaching experience is not essential but preferred;
Enthusiastic with an open personality;
Enjoy teaching with children and teens.
3. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Teaching hours: 25 per week (Monday to Friday);
Salary with housing: 1.9 – 2.2 million won (subject to experience);
Salary with No housing: 2.2 – 2.5 million won (Subject to experience);
Maximum 10 students per class ages from 9 to 14 (many have less);
Han Sung College normal lecture classes;
Teacher support, free access to the Internet with own PC, new classrooms;
Holiday: paid national holidays with an additional two weeks paid vacation;
Sick Leave: 5 paid sick days for the full contract period;
Fully furnished single apartment (or accommodation allowance provided);
Full medical insurance;
Return Airfare provided on completion of contract for applicants outside Korea;
Help with visa application including return airfare to Japan. |
